Refund Policy

We want you to love your new purchase!

If, for any reason you are not happy with your order, please see our returns eligibility policy as follows;

  • Please notify us via info@hairbysyn.com to start the return process. Please include your order number in the email
  • Items must be returned within 48 business hours to our office
  • You will be responsible for any returns and postage costs
  • Items must still have the original tags and packaging and be in a good/saleable condition
  • Items must not be altered in any way (brushed out, cut, colored, bleached)
  • Not appear to have been worn
  • Not to have been purchased as part of a sale or clearance promotion

We will not be responsible for any returned package lost during the shipment. All returned packages must be insured.

If we receive an ineligible return, we will not be able to accept the return, and we will have no choice but to send the order back to you and you will be liable to cover the cost of the return.

All accepted returns will attract a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.


Canceling an Order

You may request that an order be canceled provided the order has not already been processed. Simply email info@hairbysyn.com asap during the hours of operation to request an order cancellation.  Please put in the subject line (order cancellation plus your order number). You will receive a refund for the full amount to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.


We do not offer exchanges.  The refund process will be followed.
