How long will my order take?

1. We ship using DHL. The UK is no longer part of Europe. Please note that you will be responsible for the customs duties of your country.
2. For stock wigs, you will receive the order within 7 working days once processed.
3. Customized wigs may take 4 weeks to arrive.

UK Shipping - £4.99 or free on all orders over £150

Europe - from £22.99 or free on all orders over £250
U.S & Canada – from £24.99 or free on all orders over £350
Rest of the world – from £42.99 or free on all orders over £450

Returns: All unopened, unworn purchases must be returned within 3 working days. Please refer to our Refund Policy
