We ship within the UK, Europe, USA, Canada & Worldwide.

How long will my order take?

1. We ship using DHL. The UK is no longer part of Europe. Please note that you will be responsible for the customs duties of your country.
2. For stock wigs, you will receive the order within 7 working days once processed.
3. Customized wigs may take 4 weeks to arrive.  

The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Thus, please check your order submissions carefully. We will not be held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, postcode, zip code, and other shipping information errors made by the client.

During sale, clearance, or promotion periods delivery times may be extended to cope with demand.
